looking to buy: skid plates for a 2000 XJ
I am in the market for some skid plates for my XJ, at this point as long as they are cheap and in decent shape, i will bite. my jeep is naked underneath. i dont care if the skid is factory or aftermarket, as long as it fits, the price is right, and in decent shape, i will bite on it.

just to let you know... i sold a stock skid plate from a WJ gas tank no ebay and went to ship it... yeah... no... i went to Goin Postal which ships DHL, Fedex, UPS, and USPS and the cheapest he could come up with was $80 freight!! not freight was like frickin $140... and it wasto like ketucky from GA so wasnt even that far... there just giant and heavy and boxey... so your best to find one within driving distance... i found some stock ones in the JY... lots of them had the gas tank skids...

I agree take a look in the junk yards. You can get all three stock ones for very cheap. Altho the stock front skid I really hate it just get in my way too much.
