Looking for a 3 inch lift for a 2001 xj, preferably a rough country but am open to anything if the price is right. Also want 31" tires and 15/16 inch wheels, preferably polished wheels (no black). I am located in SE PA but am willing to pay for shipping if the price is right!

Just a heads up. I wouldn't ever prefer rough country.... If you're on a budget it's completely understandable. But look into zone offroad. They make some great kits on a budget. If you don't want to build a long arm kit.
