I have 2.1 acres of developed mountain property, just south of Asheville for sale and/or trade. The property is ready to build on, septic in for 3 bed home, driveway cut in, lot leveled, and Duke Power on the property. I could always use another Jeep or 4x4 vehicle. I'm not adverse to several vehicles or other items being involved in the trade/sale. I'm trying to be as creative as possible given todays economy. this is a great secluded location close to Hendersonville, Brevard, Asheville, Greenville, etc. Property is assessed at $32,000 without the improvements.
