Hood and Relay!

I'm looking for a hood for a 2000 Cherokee. And i'm also looking for a WORKING turn signal/hazards flasher combo relay for a 2000 cherokee. I couldn't get any good pics of it.

Kinda looking for them for cheap. If you know of anyone or where that i can get them, it would be appreciated!

Is that the one that goes under the steering column???

I'm a little confused with this whole thing... My buddy tells me that it's under the steering column and that it's not the little black square relays, but everyone else tells me that it is....!
