If all that is wrong is that the fabric. Is sagging it is really easy to replace, other than that look in a jy or on cl for a local parting one out.

3M makes 'Headliner Adhesive' Get it from a parts store. I got headliner material from a sewing/fabric store. It lasted for 9 years and was still good when I junked the body!

I got a grey one for a 2000, but considering that cant sag I would say that aint gonna fly

Yes its just saging the fabric is fine if i could get away it it id just take it out an.level it but it will prolly look stupid
