We're in socal, anything close would be great. It has to be running and in good condition for a first car of someone who knows little about cars. preferably; lower miles, higher year make (95ish). The budget is 1200. I am aware that this is very specific and asking alot, but any help or references would be great. THANKS!!

Check the SLO area for Cherokee's. I found a few in that area that were worth it. I ended up finding mine in Merced for $1200. Good luck to you!
