Default 1998 XJ 4.0L/5-speed ECU's

Looking for two Cherokee ECU's for the model in the title. Can be Federal or Cali/NE emissions, don't care. What is most important is the part number. It can be any of the following:

P56041531AE
P56041532AC
P56041532AD

From looking for them on car-part.com, I believe these were only available on the 4.0L, 5-speed, 1998 model. No other years, models, engines, or transmissions seem to be even close on the part number. I seem to be able to find computers ending in 531AC or 532AE all day even on eBay. But these other part numbers above, I'm beginning to wonder if they EVEN EXIST?!!

Looking for two of them, can afford $150 each plus shipping. So if you happen to have two, that's $300 plus overnight shipping to the ECU repair shop in 33304 (Florida). No scams here. I have plenty of references, including 58 eBay feedback at 100% including many recently sold items, other forums I am a trusted member of, and I'm more than willing to talk on the phone.

I've already scoured eBay, CL, and car-part.com for these things and I've come up with nothing. Really kills my confidence. I've been able to find this guy ANYTHING. But this model has been impossible thus far.

I will check out the PN on a local '00 Sport 5-speed, just in the off chance it's got the ECU you need.

I checked with Daveys and they only had one and they do NOT ship ECU's. That was an AWESOME link and that place does seem to have EVERYTHING but if they can't ship then I'm pretty much out of luck there. I have been checking car-part.com every other day and NOTHING. eBay the same. Casey, if you have one of those part numbers, let me know. Another user PM'd me about one and he said he'd check the part number but I never heard back from them either.

STILL LOOKING for one more of these. 531AE, 532AC, or 532AD. It's worth $200 shipped overnight to zip 33304. Keep me posted. I will try to check back here more often than two weeks' time. This forum is pretty much it for the XJ! None better that I've found!

EDIT: FOUND ONE! 532AC, from a junkyard in CA that isn't on car-part.com that I used to order VW ECU's from earlier in the year. Figured it was a long shot but danged if they didn't happen to have it!

So no longer needed FOR NOW...

It's been my experience that when he orders something, he suddenly gets another order for it within 30 days. So if you come across one of these HOLD ON TO IT and I'll probably be asking for more soon enough! It's a rare part number. $200 shipped each when they're needed. Definitely a holy grail kind of ECU if you can find it, I guess!!!

You'd find it wedged between a stock airbox and the driver's side front part of the fender. It stands on its side and has a giant plug coming out of it. The label should be readable just under the wiring plug and the part number is right by the barcode. Here's a sample pic, silver box on the bottom right of the picture:
