Default 1997 AW Trans Wiring Harness

Been having code P1898 from my 97 sofar I've replaced solenoids, ss, swapped tcm out and nothing. Did a check with voltage meter and I'm getting no readings at all. Going to test once more with different meter but I'm thinking I should replace both internal and external harnesses and wonder if anyone has one on a part out
