Hey I am looking for an overhead console, for a 1997-2001 Jeep XJ. Don't care if the computer works. I broke mine when I was changing the headliner.

 

a minivan one should work. I have one but it needs to be recovered.

 

I would rather have an XJ or ZJ one only because the Caravan has the two switches in the back, otherwise if you have any pics and how much would you want for it?

Well I had to mess with it now my front clip is broken as well as the back clip. So I would have to buy the ZJ overhead as well as a Carvan or XJ to fix the front.

Possibly I want to see how much speedy8ty would want for the minivan one or if someone posts a XJ one. Otherwise I am headed to the junkyard Saturday, I will still consider that 20$+ shipping is a really good deal. I really am mad I couldn't just let it go and not touch it.

Sounds good do you have any photos of the front part where the screws go and the two back clips that go onto the metal hanger in the roof. That's where I broke mine.

bad news... looks like the back clip broke on my minivan one too.

 

I actually found one in the junk use but I still need the very front part where the computer goes. If its possible I will buy that, all the ones in the junkyard the front were broken where the screws go, so I couldn't screw down anything. If you have any photos of it I would still consider it.

 

Ok I still need minivan overhead console, or the XJ one. Anyone let me know don't care if it needs new upholstery or if the computer doesn't work. All I am looking for is one with no broken clips or broken I guess there called columns where the screws go in the back. For some reason there all broken at the junkyard. I do not need a ZJ overhead thanks.
