It is adjustable, so the act as as set screws. It is made to accommodate different rims and tire combinations.

Love the consept of the spare tire carrier but I was more interested in the rear bumper you have. Can you tell me more about that, who makes it, where you got it, how much is it, any contact info for the manufacturer, or a dealer?

I thought Detours went out of business, any of their contact info?

Yes, it was made by Mark at Detours. Sometimes he hires some help, but right now it just him I think.
