If you end up doing grab handles, I could go for a two color: the light grey headliner color and red to match my paint

Alright ill deft look into that im just looking for a way mount them I could make the strap fairly easily bit don't knowhow it should

I could deft make it with those d rings but it would be your job to mount it after that.

That was for a 50-count. the site also has 100-count boxes, but I don't know how your turnaround is with the money. Anyway, it looks like those are commonly used to hang pictures, so you could try DIY stores or craft shops.
