Comes painted black with rust proof paint. Fits 97-2001 XJs. Looking for 30$ for the mount.

I have the same mount. Haven't had a single problem with mine. Just hit 3 years with it

Haha I checked and there is actually a UPS 5 minutes from my house. Are you interested in buying the mount?

Postal service is back up in Canada, the mount is up for sale once again for 30$.
