This came off my 95 Grand cherokee. It's a genuine Mopar item, and I believe it was replaced before as it's dated 1102. The exhaust flange cracked off the collector and I had it professionally tig welded properly so it won't ever break again. Costs over $300 new and it still has the crappy factory weld. Stainless doesn't rust out, so this thing will still be around in 100 years. Cleaned and pressure tested ready to bolt on. Comes with gaskets and flange bolts I'm asking $150 shipped, or $120 cash pickup in Pa 19047
