I have a set of 6 Ford #24 EV-6 fuel injectors which will fit '99 and up XJs. Part # is 0 280 155 849. They are very rare as they were only used in Taurus/Contours for 1 year and only with a specific engine. They put out a higher fuel flow per min than the stock or standard "upgrade" (784) injectors but otherwise are the same size/configuration. Stock and typical upgrade injectors are rated about 238 cc/min. These put out about 265 cc/min. I'll leave it for the technical forums to debate the pros and cons of this and leave this thread just to sell these. I have completely cleaned, tested and rebuilt these. I am asking $60 which includes shipping to anywhere. I am in Baltimore Maryland. I will take PayPal or a money order by mail. Thanks for looking.

If you are worried about city MPG (I'm assuming from your 10) then I wouldn't suggest these. The only real advantage of something like this is a bit more acceleration and power (If combined with an after market air intake to balance out the extra fuel). So if someone has a nice off-road rig or tows or whatever and needs a little extra kick these might help. If you are getting 10 MPG in a new XJ I might look at other things. However a newer/ cleaner set of injectors couldnt hurt. Maybe a set of the 784's if you have a '99+ XJ.

We'll have to wait for the guy who bought them to report back. I've never seen this particular injector used before in an XJ. I have used the 715's which is basically the same injector just with the old style EV-1 plug in my own XJ and it was the quickest performing of the "upgrade injectors" I've run. I myself have never had a problem and I've run 3 different sets of the blue 715's BUT after selling 60-70 sets of injectors it seems the guys who report initial problems after the swap for the most part have been the ones installing the higher flow ones. Maybe it just takes the computers longer to accept these than the ones which flow at the same cc/min as the stock Jeep ones.
