No. They are the stock fog lights that were mounted under the front bumper

 

Im interested in the front bumper end caps as long as they are the same as an 89's. How much for them shipped to 67401? I really only need one but if they are in decent condition ill take both.

 

Hey Mycherokee, I'm not sure if they would fit an 89 XJ or not. Maybe someone will help us out on this. If will fit, and your still interested I'll post up some pics of them for you.

 

They wont fit. The bumper caps changed in 97.
