Front Fender Flare Brackets

I have some front fender flare brackets from my 1999 XJ for sale. I am not sure if they fit 96 down, but they definitely do fit 97-01 XJs. These are not rusted because I bought these at the dealer to replace my old rusted ones. Only the front brackets (4 pieces) are for sale. I am cutting my fenders so I have no use for these now.

Located in Miami, FL 33178.

Asking $55 shipped.

Do they fit all years? And is it for left or right side (or both)?

97-01 only and it is only the front brackets both sides.
