Got a 96 xj cherokee lifted 3 inches, fenders professionaly cut new paint job, jet black, new starter, new alternator, new ac compresor, all fluids have been changed, new plugs and wires, new battery, 32/14.50/15 mickythompsons baja belted with 95% tread left, wheels are black soft 8's. Replaced the tie rod ends as well. This jeep has 228,000 miles, runs great. Never been off road. I drive a bmw to and from work but needed a 4 wheel drive for the rare snows that we get here in arkansas. Ended up puting alot of money into it. Had to take a significant paycut and need the money, so iv decided to sell my beloved xj.

I had a 97 xj brand new in high school and this one drives the same way as the one i had that was new. I have no idea how much to ask for this xj. Ill try to get pics up tomarrow. This is the sharpest xj iv ever seen, no lie. Like i said its got a new jet black paint job, all emblems and trim have been taken off with the exception of a chrome 'cherokee' emblem on the back part of the fenders mid way up. Got shinny soft 8's and tires that look brand new with lots of tread.

I def need to sell it, i just dont know how much i should try to get out of it. Can you guys give me an est on what this thing would be worth?

 

Without pics I would say start at $4,000-4500. It sounds like a mint cherokee you might even get more. Depends on condition.

Thanks guys, Id love to get around 3000$ obo. The inside isnt perfect, although there are no tears in the seats or major stainds on the carpet, but it is very clean.
