Default *Feeler* Fully Rebuilt 703 and 784 Injectors

I recently got access to some fuel injector servicing equipment and thought maybe some fellow jeepers might be interested in some practically brand new injectors for their rigs. All injectors will be ohm tested, ultrasonically cleaned (The right way), FULLY rebuilt with brand new pintle caps, basket filters, o rings, and o ring retainers. They will then be pressure tested and have spray pattens and volumes analyzed. I will not ship out any injectors that are not 100% within factory specs.

Price will be $80 shipped for a set of 6 rebuilt injectors and 14 o-rings (Two per injector and two spare incase you mess them up).

For $86 shipped I will also include 12 Felpro o-rings (Higher quality) with your injectors.

Let me know if you guys are interested. If I get enough interest, I will start ordering rebuild kits and get started. If you have any suggestions/requests, feel free to post them.

Sounds like a good deal to me.

I tried using an ultrasonic cleaner for awhile but the time and effort it took for me personally did'nt seem worth it as I did'nt notice that big of a difference in the resulting spray pattern compared to just a good disassembly, 24 hour soak in concentrated injector cleaner and a reverse flushing. I'm sure there IS a difference at some level (For example if you want to sell them as "remanufactured") but for me at least the increase was'nt that noticable. Same with the pintle caps. I used completely new ones for awhile but the black plastic ones I found to order in bulk seemed to thick and would'nt seat in the intake easily and since all they do is hold on the bottom o-ring and provide a tad of insulation for this o-ring I opted to just use perfect condition cleaned used ones.

I've used a personal ultrasonic cleaner to clean injectors in the past and it worked ok, but not what I expected. I used the ultrasonic injector cleaner at my buddies shop and was very impressed. I am also using trusted name brand rebuild parts, so fitment really shouldn't be an issue. I've done probably around 100 injectors already and haven't had a problem.

Can I get some more requests on these? Looking to start up in 4-6 weeks when business at the shop slows down and I can hog the machine =).

All injectors come with 14 Viton O-rings (The nice soft rubber ones, not the ones that feel like they are going to break if you squeeze them together.)

And remember, for an extra $6, I will include 12 Felpro O-rings as well as your 14 normal O-rings. Good deal considering Felpro O-rings usually run for about $0.95 a piece. My local Autozone charges $4 for a set of four Felpro O-rings. With 3 sets of four needed, that's $12 plus tax. I offer this deal because I know many people are very particular on O-rings for fuel systems. Felpro is a very well established company in the automotive seal business.

If you are willing to ship to Canada (Montreal, Quebec to be exact), I'll take a set. 4-6 weeks is exactly when I'll have extra cash to do some maintenance on the Jeep and injectors are on my list.

Does UPS ship up there? It may cost a few bucks more, but I can't see it being anything crazy.

Don't use UPS or FedEx to ship anything up here. They like to hit us with outrageous duty fees/brokerage fees once they knock at our doors lol. USPS is the only way to go, they rarely charge any extra fees. I'll pm you my address when the time comes. (if you are still interested/doing it)

Oh ok. I didn't know usps shipped up there. That's my preferred method of shipping anyway

Hmm..... What happens if you already bought a set of good injectors from the junkyard and want a rebuilt set now? Send me your injectors and I will ohm test, ultrasonically clean, backflush, and rebuild them for just $50. Same deal will go to this as with my rebuilt injectors..... $6 more gets you a full set of Felpro O-rings.

Yeah, once he reaches the border, Canada post takes over. I'll take a set once you starts making them.

Looks like this will be a pretty decent hit. Once I get the spare cash to purchase a few sets of injectors and the supplies to rebuild them, I'll start it up. Thanks for the interest guys. =)
