If you get that bracket figured out that goes around the pinion i'd deff be interested, one request tho, could u put a notch up near the top so you can acces the fill plug, idk if its the angle of the pic or not but it looks like that guard covers half of the plug, I photoshopped what I mean, so u can get a better understanding

I have the prototype one that I made going in to get a price on powder coating to see what can be done for that. For anyone wanting to order them with powder coating That will add about a week to the time line so I can take them in to be painted. It will be done in flat black and then I will be putting my logo on it. If not ordering powder coating then I will be rattle canning them with the engine block spray paint flat black with the company logo on them.
I should know more about the shipping prices at the start of next week. When they are ready for the production stage of this I will most likely start a new thread for orders and post a link to it in this thread. For the mean time any more people having interest in getting them let me know in here so I have a idea of how many. Also any questions or thoughts about them please feel free to post here.

Ok another update for everyone here, I was able to get a good line and deal on the powder coating and yes they all are going to be powder coated. Once I get the final design done and painted to what it is going to look like when you get it I will post a pick here as well as start a new thread for the selling of them and I also will send out PM's to everyone that has shown interest in them.
As for shipping I am going to be using USPS because they are lower priced then UPS and in my experience faster. As I am sure everyone knows shipping costs all depends on where you live but instead of trying to have different shipping costs all the time I am thinking and working on trying to set a flat rate for shipping and handling, I was thinking $15 but still working on that part to be sure it is fare. Let me know what you all think about that?
The guards are going to be $75 and this does include the powder coating (No they are not lower cost if you want them with out paint). So let me know what you all think and we should be looking at these being in the production stage and taking orders for them by middle or end of next week.

That is part of the reason it is the first one to hit production the other reason is because it is going to be the most common axle on rigs. 90% of people with a cherokee have a D30 HP on the front axle. Now it is going to be time to get started on the rear axles, now this should be fun with all the different rear axle out there. D35 will be first I think then the 8.8, 8,25 and D44 I know there are others but them are going to be the most common ones so they will be the ones I start with and as others come up I will do them. Not sure the exact order as when they will be done, going to be when I have a way to get the dimensions I need to make them.
