Well I lucked out on a D44 for my XJ so now my D35 is up for sale. Below are the listed specs on this axle.

88k miles (I can get you an exact number down to the tenth of a mile of you really want)
3.55 gears in great shape
Just replaced the axle seals right before Christmas
New fuild
New cover gasket
New fill plug
Replaced pinion seal about a year ago
Lock-rite lunchbox style locker (16k miles on it. Can also give you an exact number if wanted)

It is complete drum to drum. I haven't decided if I want to swap the brakes to my D44 yet but if I don't, it will come with new shoes and springs replaced about 2 months ago (not even 2k miles) and a new driver side wheel cylinder that was replaced with the shoes.

Asking price is 275 OBO and located in Charlotte NC. Will meet within an hour of 28223 (UNC Charlotte campus).

You ought to list this on your local Craigslist. The wrangler crowd loves these. I sold my stock, open diff 35 for $150 to a local wrangler dude.

Nah I'd have to get the gears set up then and that gets expensive around here. I'm looking into purchasing an open d35 for cheap. If I can get it ill take that locker off your hands. I've got an 8.8 but my build and wallet aren't ready for it yet
