Okay guys and gals if there are any looking. I am going to build for who may want one of my custom built sub enclosures for the cubby area in the back of an XJ. These are for 10" subs.I can also do 8" and some 12's! They are true sealed boxes not open air.

I will include instructions on installing it and securing it in. I will do the boxes unload or loaded either one but price will be different. I will half to charge more for loaded boxes on the count of the trouble and time involved ordering the subs.

This is just checking interest.

Okay, I have decided im only going to make this first run of boxes before X-mas. I am doing 10 at the max until after X-mas maybe if then not sure yet. If you want a box done I will say the deadline to receive payment on the first 10 boxes are Dec. 15th! This way I can build them and hopefully get them shipped back out B4 X-mas. If there is still interest after those and after the holidays then I will build some more. Order up guys!

Man that looks dope, but I'm courious as to the pricing. I might be interested if an unloaded one isn't out of my ball park. If you don't mind me asking what are they constructed out of? Mdf? Fiberglass?

 

5/8" Underlayment.No sense in using MDF board unless you get into a huge system.I had a truck with 8 fifteen's in it that hit close to 160DB and it was built out of 5/8" PB. I can post pics of that build for some more reference on some of my work.

I will half to think on the price for a little. If there is enough interest then I will come up with pricing. Just checking.

Im sure I can make some for 12"s also pending which sub it is. Only thing I may run into is having enough air space for it, That's why it depends on what sub. What 12" will you be running exactly so I can get the specs?

 

I can do that easily. I would just need a cutout template. I am looking for one to printout online. How many of those subs do you have? Just curious.



If I do these I may possibly take a sub in on trade for a box pending if its what Im looking for.

Which model is the sub? Or do you know the mouting depth of it? I can make it work im sure. If needed I can make a couple spacer rings. Let me know if you can find out the mounting depth.
