its for a stick and yes i still got it and the intake... didnt know they was different for auto or stick? hhmm... it worked awesome when i pulled it about 2 months ago... been in the shed since...

yeah i still have them... i didnt have them on my XJ... i was going to... and if they dont sell i probly will... not sure how yet though... there kinda odd shaped... maybe cut the loop parts off and weld them to my bumper...

look up "cherokee header" on ebay man.. $40 shipped for a brand new one... well was a few weeks ago but im sure there still there... nobody on here can beat that price... as for the grill they are alittle hard to come by and if i find one ill pic it up cause i know i could sell them on here... i wouldnt mind having one myself if it was cheap enough... lol
