1988 jeep wrangler, i stripped it down to frame an sand blasted it and primed it before installing anything. has 3 inch body 5.5 inch rubicon express lift leafs with axles under it which is roughly 12 inches of lift. 14 bolt rear axle, dana 44 passenger side drop front axle (not sure of the gears). jeeps sitting on 40x17x16.5 gumbos and aluminum rims. has a 383 stroker motor, sm465 transmission, 241 tcase with passenger drop. new welded on motor mount brackets, custom brackets that uses a stock fullsize GMC jimmy cross member. rear of frame was extended and axle was pushed back 12 inches. new custom radiator, hard doors, hard top. all driveshaft, seat brackets, dashboard, front fenders and any parts i was gonna use are pilled in jeep. running gear came out of an 88 gmc jimmy in running and working condition, wheeled the jimmy before i stripped it for the jeep. wouldnt take much to make the jeep driveable; brake lines,throttle cable, clutch line, fuel cell, driveshafts, and figure out the steering. you can hear the motor run by running hose to a gas can. the jeep is very wide and very tall, i have a 7 ft trailer an the tires barely squeeze between the trailer fenders.
