Are the 703's an upgrade from stock? If so, what are the benefits/negatives?

If I do the 99+ intake manifold swap on my '98 GC then I'll need the 784's correct? Or would I still use the 703's?

You would need 703s unless you have the 784 connectors. Way to tell is look at your connector does it have a little red tab on the side? If no then you need 703s.

703s are sold out. Still have 784s! Will be getting more 703s this up coming week.
