Zues Off Road Lighting
I've always gotten my orders, even if a month or 2 after the fact. They just need to get their s**t together and learn what customer service is.
I like the lights, and I like the true white they put out, and not that cool white blue looking c**p.
I have their winch rope too, which for the price I couldn't be happier with(bought off their eBay store).
But I'll buy elsewhere in a heartbeat if this next transaction goes haywire. I'll keep you all posted haha.

I have their winch rope too. When I bought it... it was orange. Now it's kinda yellow. I'm sure by the middle of 2016 it'll be white.
It's not in my head haha. I'm not comparing their bars to other Chinese bars. I know their all the same. I'm talking about the color temps that different manufacturers use. I've had my 10" OO light right next to my friends 10" Rigid, both aimed at a wall. Mine was clearly a pure(true) white while his had a blue hue. The few people that were standing around agreed as well.
I had their yellow rope, bought in early 2014. After a WNY winter and some tough pulls this past spring it was a faded yellow, but still yellow. I have their black rope now and gifted the yellow to my bro.
Synthetic rope is a disposable item afa I'm concerned. If I get a few years out of it it's served its purpose, I could care less what color it becomes as long as it holds, which it has.
Again I'm in no way defending this company as I've gotten the run around from them as well, just saying for Chinese stuff the products aren't bad, it's the owner(apparently) and the company that needs work.

Your views of how businesses work is interesting. My red rope came pink and was the cause of my ordeal with that POS Daniel. There are plenty of other disgruntled customers out there.

Against my better judgement, are you going to be offering any Black Friday sales? I need a couple lights. I'm hoping all the BS that I've had to deal with customer service wise in the past is dealt with at this point, and I can have a somewhat stress free experience with you guys.
We have been through a lot this last year and I will leave it at that.
Things are smooth and better than ever. For Years I was focusing on a number of things and I now Focus Only on Olympus.
Last year was a rough patch for myself. I was involved in a very bad accident and nearly died. For a number of months I was a very rough person from about July - Nov. Relationships suffered even with my family and it took a lot of work to get through it.
It has take a while to get back to my normal self. Yes I was very focused on getting the Rig Ready to Race at KOH as that was the goal and I mad mistakes along the way and did not handle
some things correctly. I have had to learn the hard way but am better for it now. For the most part I was focused on making the race as it was possibly my last shot after 3 years of issue and things out of my control.
Also it was suggested that I not race do to the head injury I suffered. I pushed through and was determined to make it happen and I sacrificed more than anybody can imagine to make it happen.
After KOH we took a break and we stepped back from Racing as a whole only racing 1 local race this year.

Yes we will be having a sale. Haven't been on here in a while as we have been doing a lot all over the place.

You may claim yours drive at 96% power, or that they're made to your spec "in-house", but there's no proof, and until you can provide it to us I'm calling BS. Below is a link of the same exact light you have listed on your page, only from the manufacturer:
http://www.everychina.com/p-z52cbdac...r-hg-8630.html
It looks exactly like the listing on your page, like you literally copied and pasted, with the exception of the efficiency rating changed(this link claims 90% power), but yet lumens are listed as the same. Unless you can provide an "effective" lumens rating with proof, again, we're suppose to take your word that that your lights are made to output more. Show me proof and I'll shut-up.
Again I've had no problem with the lights, but cust service was terrible. I think last year for you may have been your downfall. I've read on numerous forums, not just jeep forums, that you were banned as a vendor. You were almost banned here a week ago! So no, I don't want to chat or email private, I want to keep the discussion public, so we can keep it honest. Your turn.

I appreciate you taking the time to respond to the thread, tbh I didn't think you would. I've had no problems with your products over the past 2 years, but being given the run around on $1k+ in orders, obviously I feel hesitant. All my lighting is from you guys, but I question whether or not I could even get a hold of you for any sort of question/problem. As I stated in an above post cust service means more to me than the product, because until YOU prove otherwise, your bars are no different than other Chinese bars on the market, so the only thing that differentiates you from others is cust service.

I am not aware of these forums we were supposedly banned from. There is only one forum that some things blew up on us. We did not renew a few other forums as we were focusing on other stuff.
My purpose in responding earlier was not to try and get business but rather to acknowledge that we did have some rough patches and that my fault and we have evolved past that and are better for it now.
Your right to say customer service was terrible. It honestly has been a weak point and we have made some large strides to improve and are doing much better.
As far as differences it is hard to show based on numbers specs and online proof. showing in person is the best way but not the easiest. It boils down to material used and components used. Ill check on the picture but it is similar however they may have copied it from us which actually is very common but that is neither here nor there. Our boards are made from copper while most are recycled silca base. Because we can dissipate heat faster and more efficient, we can push them harder and to higher levels. There are a myriad of small based companies overseas trying to capitalize on the lighting boom and they all sell many of the same products. They sell many variations of price and quality and you can have 20 lights that look similar but are all different. It is all in the details of the components and material. And, as with all things as technology evolves and things change, price comes down. Even for us, pricing on material has improved and brought the pricing down on many things.
I am glad your products have done well for you and again I am sorry we failed you in the customer service area.

Ford Raptor Forum, and there was another Ford forum I was reading that you were no longer a vendor as well, I'm looking for it now. You're customer service probs have been wide spread so you can go to almost any forum and read the negative.
And that may be the truth about your lights, and they are bright. But I have no way of knowing if any of what you say is true. Again show me the proof. You say yours are copper, take one apart and show me, next to one of the "copy cat" versions. Show me the effective lumens of your lights, that right there will prove everything. Yes it's an expensive process, but if you're claiming yours are better, you should have a way to prove it, to back your claims.
I'll prob run your lights until they break, but I'm also going to try some vision X ones. What kind of Black Friday deals are you going to have?
