Regardless of the product, you ordered a product and did not pay for it, he had labor, and material and advertising costs go into that product you did not pay for... If you want to order from him, pay for your first vinyl. If you dont want the first vinyl maybe pay him more then his original quote and work out a deal until you pay for your vinyl.
