mudfrog, After seeing your thread here I clicked on the link from your original post and was going to order the, 425250 - 2.5" Catalytic Converter O2. But then noticed that you recommend the heavy load version and that it's OBD II compatible.
Well I recieved it today to find out that it does not have the O2 sensor that I need for my 98' Cherokee. I did not notice that none of the heavy load cats pictures are threaded for the O2 sensor. The unit I got is part 435250. How do I go about exchanging this unit for one threaded for the O2 sensor?

Im interested in a high flow cat for my 96 xj but i would need one with the threaded bung for my downstream 02 sensor. If you dont have one thats fine because then ill just weld one in. thanks

Part number 425225 or 608395 would work as long as you are planning to run 2.25" exhaust (factory size).
