well I figure they would post something on their blog, or facebook about drawing a winner.. but I've seen nothing at all on their website, facebook, twitter, etc.

It may have fell out and someone threw it away. If not hold the catalog by the spine and shake it and see if a sticker falls out from one of the pages. That's what I did lol
