I'm working on this now. I have 4 different part numbers for that year range so I need to figure out what the difference is going to be between them.

From what I've heard they are interchangeable. But I could be wrong. Looking forward to this! Pm me when they are available and I will buy one!

Wicked prices. You have my word, the second I have the cash you're gonna see and order for a high flow cat and one of those tail pipes. Quick question: I wanna do the upgrade to 2.5" all the way through. Do I have to modify the flange that the header bolts to? Or is it already 2.5" to the cat?

The diagram I have for the 91 doesn't specify what size it is coming off of the manifold / header.

I'm hoping to have this in the next 30-45 days.. As far as I can tell for years 93-97 the only difference in the 4.0 and 5.2 tailpipes is the tip on 5.2 version.

Did you have the 4.0 or 5.2?

I would like a quote for a high flow cat, plus the rest of the 2.5" system. I still have the stock flange, so it should be straight forward. Let me know, as I'm going to be doing the exhaust this winter, I'm tired of the glass pack POS I have now!! LOL!! I would rather just buy it, rather than build, if the price is right...

would it be possible to paint your kits black with a high temp paint/powder? Have you had any customers try?

I've never heard of anyone trying it. If you use a high enough temp paint I would imagine you'd be ok but I can't say for sure.
