Do you know how these would work with a hitch installed?

 

They are designed to sandwhich between the hitch and the frame. That's one of the reasons we made them full length forward.

 

Is a refund available if they fail?

 

Refund or free version of a newer design. We haven't had any of our products returned our fail so far. We did have an instance with a custom track bar design, we were having proper fitment issues. It worked, but not up to our standards. The track bar brackets were revised and replaced at no charge. We find this to be the best operating procedure, because if you cut off your shackle box and it doesn't work, a refund won't get you back on the trail. We are always moving forward and improving our designs for our customers.

Yeah cutting the shackle box is my only reservation. One these are installed though they act as their own shackle box really. But I'm super interested. Keep me updated on when our if you are going through with this deal. I would document the whole.install. if not.video at least lots of photos.

definitly thinking about this as a christmas present to myself. but i have one question. i have an after market rear bumper with tie in brackets that go into the frame rails. they do not go has far back at the hitch mounts but uses the front 4 bolt holes on the frame. would it be possible for me to drill the extra holes on this to make it work just the same as the original design?

 

That would not be a problem whatsoever. Just use a sharp bit, measure twice, and drill once.

 

A REMINDER: Just want to verify that you understand this product is still in the R and D stages. Just finished the design yesterday and have put 4 kits in line for laser and forming.
