Do u think u can do a cut & fold method bumper with unibody tie ins, similar to this, http://www.dirtboundoffroad.com/feat...kee-xj-bumper/

Got paint on the bumper! Looks great, fabrication looks flawless.
I have a few bolts holes that do not line up all that well... would it be silly to use a step bit a widen the holes. Obviously i would use a larger size washer to make up for the larger size. Just was curious if it would be bad or not with winching involved.
