hey will it accomodate a small winch an instead of the small eyelets can you make them d rings? let me know how much shipped to 87002 an eta time wise thank you for your time

Just got my bumper put on today from LL and it is TOP NOTCH!! Can't say enough about the quality of the bumper and it fit like a glove! I'll get pics up shortly! THERE'S NOT A BETTER BUMPER OUT THERE FOR THE PRICE!!!
