There are so many diff cover options on the market, there is no way we could have tested them all. If you have an aftermarket diff cover. Id advise leaning towards the Over The Knuckle kit.

Ok jw, i already have 1ton UTK steering and need a diff cover to fit.

I have this style and had no issues. Full turn radius. I did put a slight bend in the passenger side tie rod end. However it wasn't really necessary.

Jcr, you guys need to consider putting wrench flats in the tubing to make tightening the jam nuts easier.
