I'm not sure what happened. When I pressed 315, it took me to place an order with a rep, so I just went ahead and ordered and paid the shipping.

He hasn't replied here in over a month, so maybe he forgot about us.

When I called I told him I was a member of the forum and the guy waived the shipping for me.

Derp. *facepalm* lol

I called back and talked to customer service. The guy I talked to said this is common. Things get posted on forums and they honor them, even if you place an order with an order rep. You just have to mention you are a forum member and they'll honor it without a hassle.
