I just purchased a shroud and controller from you guys the other day. I'm going to run my own fans because I get a very good deal on them (And already have several of them sitting on my parts shelf.) Any chance you could share your wiring schematics for your setup? I'd greatly appreciate it, thanks.

So if the other two fan kick on at 205 and my heep (on street) usually stays dead center at 210 does that mean that the fans will be constantly kicking on when it hits "normal" temp then off when it gets lower, then back on again when it returns?

They might be "on and off" but the system keeps the temps at a very consistent temperature, usually stays right around 210f.

I'm getting thee ol' 00-01 heat soak issue anytime I take the Heep out on the dunes (I live 5 mins from Pismo) and last time it actually died going up a dune, had to roll it down and wait for like 20 till it cooled off, so I'm looking into a cooling system upgrade. Does the fan stay on after the ignition is off? From what ive researched , this is what causing my heat soak/vapor lock issue. Is there a switch for manually turing the system on and off so when I'm going to be romping around I can run it?
Thanks,
Mike

You can wire the temp sensor to the battery and once it heats up the fans turn on and once it cools off they will go off automatically so if they are on when you park they may stay on for a few min after turning the engine off.

You can use a diode to bypass the sensor and control the fans manually, the same way the AC turns them on.

I'm considering ordering this system because of the heat soak issues that I have while offroading. I have a question about the A/C electric fan system. After installing your system, when I turn on the A/C, none of the fans will come on until the temp rises. Is that correct?
I guess that I could connect one fan to the existing A/C wiring and the other two fans individually from your controller and relays. Thanks.

you would need to use a diode to turn the fans on with the AC.

Thinking about ordering the 3 fan mod. I was wondering if I can wire the 3 fans directly to 3 switches and control which ones I want on at what times?
