What are my options for something like this?

I was thinkin maybe like a 4x4 inch or 5x5 inch. What kinda price would that be?

That needs to be done by someone who digital printing on window clings. I can't help you with that one. There is website called www.skinit.com that might be able to hook this up to you. Sorry bro!
