The CavFab Stage 1 3 Link

1 Attachment(s)
We had a tremendous amount of positive feedback on our initial 3 link design. Everyone who bought one had nothing but great things to say, and we genuinely appreciate that.

One thing we have heard quite a bit was that there was a want for a kit that was slightly cheaper...

Well, here is our answer:

The CavFab Stage 1 Jeep XJ 3 Link Kit:

Constructed of .25" T1 Laser Cut / Press Formed Plate

3 ⅞" heims for the control arms
Lowers 2"X .25" wall DOM
Upper 1.75"X .120" DOM
Machined Currie Joint included to replace factory rubber bushing on upper axle mount (Includes G8 1/2" Greasable Bolt)
Grade 8 hardware throughout

Internal gusseting system...much stronger than box tube used by others.

This kit is absolute BEEF. The internal gusseting system we use (See youtube video below for details on this) makes this kit near indestructible. We start with .25" think T1 steel and laser cut it into several pieces that are all press formed and fitted together.

Does this include the arms themselves? They seem to be listed, but not shown in the pictures. Sorry if its a dumb question.

Lack is correct. The arms are definitely included with the kit.

Ill add pictures to the site as I apparently left that bit off.

Not exactly sure what you are asking.

The unibody tie ins have 2 bolts on them. The front most hole goes through the first layer of unibody and we include a flag nut that slides in a hole just forward of the tie in to allow you to get the nut in the unibody. The rear most hole goes all the way through the unibody (a sleeve is included) and then the nut goes on the inside of the unibody.

If that wasnt what you were looking for let me know how we can help.

Thanks,
CavFab

These have become quite popular. An affordable 3 link solution with Unibody Tie ins and CavFab quality.

These things are PURE beef. .25" laser cut/formed plate.

You might provide install photos, explaining the crush sleeve and the drilling depths for both bolts. That's the only complaint i have. most who have installed these, have had to stumble through installs and leave cliff notes for others. a word document only helps so much.
