Default Alloy Shafts (Dana 30) from AlloyUSA

At some point you're going to get tired of replacing broken OEM shafts.
Upgrade to alloy shafts from AlloyUSA before you're "that guy".......again.

Dana 30 Kit....<---<< clicky!

Alloy USA -- Alloy Front Axle Kit For Jeep Wrangler (TJ) 97-06, Cherokee (XJ) 92-01, Dana 30 27-Spline Kit

High tensile strength 4340 Chromoly is heat-treated, tempered and induction hardened to produce these heavy-duty axles that are up to 40% stronger than stock 1040 axles. Each axle shaft is backed by Alloy USA’s™ exclusive ten-year warranty! We use the latest splining technology to produce splines that are stronger than traditional cut splines. The shafts are then precision CNC machined and magnaflux inspected for cracks before receiving a slick black anodized finish.

AlloyUsa does not list any tire size recommendations in their catalog or on their website.

I spoke with Omix-ADA and confirmed that they are in fact a standard u-joint.

Please note that these kits do come pre-assembled for your convenience.

Frank,

I tried looking on your website, but I'm probably an idiot and over looked them if you have them. Do you sell Alloy shafts for the Chrysler 8.25? Thanks!

Frank, one quick question. If I order the Dana 30 kit with the disco eliminator ('91 XJ), is there anything else I need to install to keep drivability on the streets? I've heard mixed results, some saying the swap goes fine, no issues or changes in drivabilty, and others say that there are issues and other parts must be added. Thanks!
