how does this work exactly? You take our information and card information send us the lights and we write a response on the lights? Is there a time limit we have to write this review? Is there a limit to how long/ how short the review needs to be? Thanks

I was one of the 7" light purchaser's and the vendor refunded my $$$ as soon as my review was uplinked to the forum. This guy rocks in my book, and the lights I purchased were awesome
