Well a little about my xj would be a good way to start this.
Suspension
6.5" Clayton leafs and coils. Rough country shackle relocation brackets. Serious off road longarms.
Steering
Serious off road otk 1 ton kit. Stock steering box drilled and tapped for hydro assist.
Axles
Dana 30 mildly built. 4.56 gears and a lunchbox locker. Rear is an 8.8 with upgraded clutch packs and a heavier spring.
Miscellaneous
Tube doors and hooligan offroad fenders.

The goal with this build is to keep the jeep fully functional. That being said I will be compromising some interior space to ensure that the cage is as strong as possible

Do it. It wasn't really that hard or expensive it just takes time and patience. Lots of patience.

I think you put about double the amount of tube you needed inside the halo. nice work regardless!
you should ask a mod to move this to the fabrication section

Thanks guys much appreciated. I'll try to get some more pictures of the finishing touches as they come. For now I'll leave a teaser of what's next.
