winch solenoid question
so I had to re-wire my solenoids because I just bought the winch without it connected. only thing I cant figure out is where this wire goes? this circled one.

btw this isn't a pic of my solenoids, its a pic of someone elses. but this is the same style as mine. btw my winch is a mile marker 8000.

I don't see a wire .... :/ the only thing inside the circle is the bracket that connects the solenoids together... Doesn't it cross from that terminal over to the other solenoid on the terminal that goes to "short red cable"

well I hooked it up like this diagram suggests, and I got it to click. then I kept pushing it and it started to pull in, but wouldn't let out....it has free spool so idk but I want out. then I let it sit there while I got my kids dressed, and when I came back it wouldn't work.....I wiggled stuff and nothing. wtf?......
