The only thing I did different than all the other bumpers is to slot the tie-in to where the winch plate fits INTO the tie-in. Winch plate goes through the tie-in and welded on both sides. Its not just butt welded.
Material cost was around $100 with ALOT of time cutting, fitting, welding and grinding.
I really need a Plasma Cutter.

7 inch grinder with a big cut off wheel. plasma is a pain for this kinda stuff too slopy even with a guide. i only use mine to make the mounts ... 1/4 plate

Added small stinger the other day. I'm going to be going with a Rough Country 9500 winch.
