My welder is made by Chicago Electric and is very basic. I had it on the lowest setting to do the thin sheet metal but even on the lowest setting, i still had a rough time with it. I constantly blew holes in the doors and had to fix them. It honestly was not the ideal setup for the job as my dad kept telling me but we made it work with a little extra time and alot of pacience. Im not sure of the wiretype cause im not near the welder but ill find out and post if for you. Fallow the link to see the welder and all the stuff you wanted to know about it

Agreed.. this is what I tell my kids... Locks keep honest people honest, removes temptation. A real thief will get what they want till someone stops them...

Im suprised you've never heard of Folsom. Most people have heard of the prison here. Im right next to sacramento so its about 8 hours from Orange County I think

Well obviously you dont need the window but other than that, save everything even if it doesnt make sense to save. im making another pair for a friend right now and I just put it all in a box. When I got my doors, they were cut off with a plasma torch at the hinge so I had the hinges, later I threw the hinge away not knowing later I needed them to make my doors easily removable. After kicking myself, I had to buy the hinges from a junk yard for 25 a piece. Safe to say I learned my lesson so just put everything in a box till your done. Good luck!
