so i got it to #1 TDC. but the timing marks are way off.... the dampner is junk, it spun. so it would seem like i will be ordering a new one here soon other than that it will be sitting.

So i have had this Lund visor for the truck for a while, I am unsure if i want to put it on the truck. It had one on it before i got it(so it still has the holes), i am not sure i like the look though.
Oh and i believe i have finalized my suspension setup too. I will be going with a Crown Victoria IFS, and a 4 link with coilovers in the rear, keeping the 9". This will give me better handling, braking, and rack and pinion steering. The 9" will get 3.89 gears, mini spool, 31 spline axles, and converted to 5x4.5 bolt pattern to match the Crown Vic front setup.

No, I don't lick fish.
I'd say leave it off, but that's just me. Lowered street trucks look better with clean lines and no visors or bug deflectors, what have you... just my .02

Well my friend whom is going to be doing the suspension suggested something that for some reason i didnt think of at all... instead of doing the IFS swap on my trucks frame and 4 linking the rear, he suggested that we swap my F150's body onto the Crown vic's frame. There isn't much difference in wheel base or track width between the two. It will be the easiest route to get the lowered suspension i am after as well as the 4.6L powertrain, not to mention it will handle awesome, and be decently fast because 90% of the weight of the truck is in the frame and iron block lol. So that is the route this will be going. I have already sourced the Crown Vic(2005 P71 police interceptor) and from the looks of it it should be pretty straight forward of a swap. The dimensions are as follows
Crown Vic:
Wheelbase-114.6875"
WMS-63.4"
Frame Length-189.6875"(189 11/16")
F150:
Wheelbase-116.8"
WMS-65"
Frame Length-189.08"(189 2/25")
Overall it's very very close in dimensions. the wheel base is the big one at ~2" difference. The WMS is 1.6" wider on the truck than the car or 40.6mm so finding wheels may be difficult

F150:
