Would power seats work in my truck being as i do not have power??
Hey i found a local yard with 3 ZJ's with the tan leather interior in them. I was wondering, would those power seats work in my truck even though i dont have power seats? i havent pulled back the carpet to see if I have the connections but i doubt I do. Any insight appreciated

If you hook them up right yes they will. You will have to run the wiring but it will. I used the port for the power seats for me CB so it runs when the jeep is off.

I've read that all ZJ's have the wiring for power seats already there. Can't attest to that though.
If they're the heated leather seats get the dash switch for the heat control also.

really, i would definitely have to check tomorrow!! thats kinda good news. theres also a mystery power plug/connecter thats taped (Mopar not aftermarket) under the dash by the Info center and HVAC control. I wonder if that would be the harness for the power seats. Its kinda big. Maybe ill just take the seats and harness from the junkyard as well!

thats true too. some of htem look so nice it makes u wonder if there was anything wrong with them at all. most of them almost look brand new. ive gotten countless amounts of parts that were in 100x better shape than mine.

well i looked today in the pouring rain and couldnt see where the connectors would be. Anyone have a pic of the connector and where its located? I might be pulling the seats out on Wed and begin the removal of the dash to figure out why i only have air coming from the floor and not the vents

It is in the fuse box under your glove box on the passenger side down by the feet. Look in your owners manual to see what one it is because I forget what one it is. I just it for my CB and because I do not have power seats it was a hot fuse even when the jeep is off.
