Vacuum hose by the fuel filler cap

Engine: 4.0 with all of the noise and clatter
I'm not aware of a vacuum hose next to the fuel cap, only a large vent hose and the filler neck hose.

Vacuum house by filler cap
It's in behind the rear wheel. But I'm not sure how to access it. My son's got changed & solved his problem. But he didn't see how they got to it.

Old fart with a wrench
I haven't looked for mine, but my wife's Dodge Caravan's was behind the plastic fender liner just in front of the rear wheel. Those are steel and known to rot out.
