Welcome to CF! How did the axle CV joints look when you replaced the wheel bearings?

They looked fine, there is no clicking or anything when you turn on full lock, somebody said it might be a bearing inside the diff, what would you suggest?

It's possible, but in order to check that out, you'd have to put it up on a lift running in 4WD (after putting the front shaft back in) and see if you can track it down. If it's a bearing, you should be able to hear it right at the diff.
