i am new here,

my name is bill and i have a 99 jeep grand cherokee 4.0, i live in parkcity, ks.

ran into a prob 2 months ago, went to work in jeep, came home in parents car... the jeep wouldnt start, sounds like its not getting any sparkso i baught a new plug rail, wouldnt start. sense no cables i couldnt check for spark, pulled plugs they looked dry. fuel pressure seemd low so i replaced filter, made a big dif. still nothing.

hookd fuel gage to it and it read 10 psi so i replaced fuel pump, still nothing.

i checkd voltage on crank and cam shaft sensor harnesses, looks good. checkd to see if they were working properly by back probing them, seems good, 8-10 on the cam and 5-0 on crank. (hoping its not the crank sensor, cant seem to figure out how to get to it, no room...)

im thinking now the pcm, but i really dont want to spend much more money on it, how would i tell what this is? there are no dealer ships near me, and i would hate to pay their price.

im hoping some one could help me, ask questions please.
