Then started plating frame, made my own frame plates and shackles/relocation boxes.
Used poly bushings from ruff stuff to make shackles, total of 40 bucks for some heavy duty shackles and a little scrap metal I had laying around

Then started on my shi**y floor board on pass side. Already replaced drive side on initial build. Also had to re-do rear floor at the spring hanger

Then started 2x6 rockers. My rockers were totally trashed. Cut all the way back to inner floor board. I like how it turned out. Then added a little tubing for a little extra security for doors

Very nice fab work! I'm interested to know more about how you did your 2x6. Did you tie it in with the unibody? Did you use angle iron on the inside rocker to kind of "hold" it in place?
I have this project coming up in the spring.

Yes I used 1.5 in round tube and anchored it 3x on each side to the plated frame. I can take some pics tonight. And they are tied into floor boards to. I did away with the pinch seam all together. Welded top and bottom

Couple more pics. One, my rocker. Reason why I did 2x6 steel(3/16 thick)
Other is one of the rear frame plate. I was originally going to purchase ruff stuffs stiffners but they only covered the center section if frame and I figured if I had to make the front and rear, doin the center wouldn't be that much worse.
All of this work is with saws all and a grinder, no plasma cutter yet. Still doin it the hard way
