Added all new lug studs, nuts, and locking nuts all the way around:
Also, I found these clear marker and turn signal housings at the boneyard, so I picked them up and put amber light bulbs in them so they stay the same color, but look sportier during the day:

This is an amazing build, in quality, economy and documentation. I parparticularly like the fact it shows your errors, your reasoning behind your decisions and the details of your changes and success. I envy your junk yard luck! You'd think living in dry Wyoming I'd have my pick of parts but there just isn't anything up here. I got turned onto your thread by the custom 5 position switch panel you made. I hated the mechanical bonding you used (melted with a soldering iron) and vowed I could do better! I could not. In fact, when I tried the soldering iron in the end, that failed too! Finally I found a two part superglue that works on PP & PE plastics. I like the unmodified look of the police switch panel, they just don't exist anymore, especially up here. One of my switches is an AC cutoff switch so I can run the defrost w/o the AC. I am a big fan of the Cooper Discoverer tires as well. Running 245 75r16 on my non-lifted 2000 xj now. Looking for only two inches of lift in the future. I'm nearly done with the interior and ready to start the driveline and undercarriage work. Your successes and failures have given me a pretty good roadmap to follow. Thanks for the thread and especially the details!

It's got to be an industry standard. I've always been told you never measure a tire with the weight of the vehicle on it.
No weight and un-inflated, they typically run about 32.5-32.8 inches. My Duratracs were the same.

Nice evolution thread, from stock to built.
I noticed on post #13 that the rear brake line seems too short to allow axle to droop or articulate.

Thanks! Just this year the Jeep got front and rear extended stainless steel brake lines. They don't bind up anymore unless I unbolt the leaf springs
Great! I hope you found something useful in here!
